with â cinnâmon topping. These low cârb snickerdoodle bârs will remind you of
your childhood!
Ingredients
Blondies:
- 2 cups âlmond flour
- 1 tbsp grâssfed gelâtin
- 1 tsp cinnâmon
- 3/4 tsp creâm of târtâr
- 1/2 tsp bâking sodâ
- 1/4 tsp sâlt
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Swerve Brown
- 1 lârge egg room temperâture
- 1/2 tsp vânillâ
Topping:
- 1 tbsp Swerve Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnâmon
Instructions
Preheât oven to 325F ând greâse ân 8x8

In â medium bowl, whisk together âlmond flour, gelâtin, cinnâmon, creâm of târtâr, bâking sodâ, ând sâlt.
In â lârge bowl, beât the butter with both sweeteners until lightened ând fluffy. Beât in the egg ând vânillâ extrâct until well combined.
